清场的目的和工作内容

Purpose and Working Contents of Clearance

为了将生产过程中的差错降至最低程度,防止引起交叉污染和混淆,生产过程中必须要有清场的程序。清场是对生产活动产生的影响的清除工作,因此,其内容应针对生产活动的各个方面。概括了清场的目的,并总结了清场所需完成的工作内容,主要包括"人、机、料、法、环"五个方面。

In order to reduce errors in the production process to the minimum level and prevent to cause cross contamination and confusion, the production process must have a program of clearance. Therefore, the content of clearance should aim at every aspect of production activity. The purpose of clearance was introduced, and the working contents of clearance were summarized, mainly containing five aspects of human, machine, material, method and link.
