糖尿病患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽测定的临床意义

Clinic significance of plasma levels of calcitonin gene related peptide in diabetic patients

目的 探讨血浆降钙素基因相关肽（ＣＧＲＰ）含量与糖尿病及其并发症之间的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定６７ 例非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平的变化。结果 糖尿病无并发症患者血浆ＣＧＲＰ含量较对照组略有降低，但无显著性差异，伴有并发症各组明显低于对照组及无并发症组，随着伴有的并发症的增多，血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平也随之降低。结论 血浆ＣＧＲＰ水平的变化可能与糖尿病并发症的发展密切相关。

Objective To study the clinic significance of the level of plasma calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP) in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM).Method The plasma CGRP levels in 67 cases with NIDDM were measured by radioimmunoassay,being compared with normal controls. Results The CGRP levels in diabetic patients without complication were mildly lower than those in normal controls ( P >0.05).The plasma CGRP levels in diabetic patients with complication.With the increase of complication,plasma CGRP level decreased.Conclusion The change of plasma CGRP level may be related to the development of diabetic complication.
