摘要
目的 探讨红细胞膜ATP酶(ATPase) 活性变化与糖尿病并发症之间的关系。方法 将97例糖尿病患者分为三组:A组(无并发症)37例,B组(并发酮症酸中毒)15 例,C组(慢性血管并发症)45例。红细胞膜Na+ -K+ -ATPase、Ca2+ -ATPase活性(红细胞膜ATPase活性)分别用改良的Hanahan 法和Luthra法进行检测,并设49 例健康者为对照组。结果 与对照组比较,各组糖尿病患者红细胞膜ATPase活性均明显下降;B组与C组的水平相近,但均明显低于A组。在C组中有心肾功能不全的糖尿病患者红细胞膜两种ATPase 活性最低。结论 红细胞膜ATPase活性下降与糖尿病并发症密切相关,与糖尿病慢性并发症的严重程度相一致的。
Objective To study the relationship between change of erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity and diabetic mellitus complication.Methods 97 patients with diabetic mellitus were divided into three groups:group A (37 cases without complication),group B (15 cases with acute complication diabetic ketoacidosis),group C(45 cases with chronic vascular complication),49 of normal individuals being served as controls.The activities of erythrocyte membrane Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase were determined by modified Hanahan′s and Luthra′s methods,respectively.Results The activities of erythrocyte membrane Na + K + ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase decreased in all diabetic patients.The activities of erythrocyte membrane ATPase in group B were as same as those in group C and lower than those in group A.Erythorocyte membrane ATPase activities of diabetic patients with heart or adrenal dysfunction were lowest in group C.Conclusion The decrease of erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity is closely linked to complication and correspond to the severity of chronic vascular complication in diabetic patients.
