试论行政权力滥用及其防范

Study on the Abuse and Precaution of Administrative Power

分析了行政权力滥用产生的原因、表现及其危害,提出了规范行政权力行使的对策:改革权力运行考核评价机制,提高行政人员道德素质,完善行政法律法规,健全政府信息公开制度。

The reasons, performance and harmness of administrative power abuse are analyzed. Some countermeasures are put forward to normalize the performance of administrative power： to reform assessment system of administrative power, to improve moral integrity of administrative staff, to perfect administrative laws and regulations and to perfect information public system of government.
