摘要采取成员身份范畴分析方法,以庭审话语为语料,从指称、词汇和言语行为三个层面分析庭审中参与者机构身份的话语建构。认为在自然会话中,语言是身份的标记,是身份在自我认知基础上的重要标准。法庭审判中,参与者的语言使用亦是建构机构身份的主要手段。 The paper analyzes the discourse construction of participants during the courtroom discourse based on the materials of membership categorization analysis from nominatum, lexis and speech act. It is thought that lexis is the mark of identity which is an important standard in the natural conversations and autognosis. The language of participants is also a main mean in construction of institutional identities during court trial.
