北京市东城区初中生营养“K-A-P”调查及营养宣教效果评价 被引量:5

摘要 目的:了解北京市东城区初中生营养知识、态度、行为的现状,对初中生进行营养宣教,并评价营养宣教的效果,为在初中生中开展营养教育工作提供依据。方法:采用随机分层抽样的方法抽取北京市东城区3所中学(其中示范校2所、普通校1所)初一、初二的学生1 215名,进行营养"K-A-P"调查。然后,从中抽取1所学校初一年级的293名学生进行营养知识宣教,并进行宣教后的问卷调查与结果比较及效果评价。结果:本次调查的北京市东城区初中生营养知识、态度、行为得分分别为66.9±15.4、63.5±16.9、63.3±10.7,高于国内其它地区同期调查结果。参与营养宣教的学生干预后营养知识、态度、行为得分显著高于营养知识宣教前水平。结论:营养宣教对提高初中生的营养知识、态度、行为具有重要作用,相关部门应把营养教育纳入到重点工作中。 [Objective] To investigate the status of nutrition knowledge, attitude and practice (K-A-P) in middle school students at Dongcheng district in Beijing and evaluate the effect of nutrition education. [Method] A K-A-P survey for 1 215 middle school students was conducted by a K-A-P questionnaire at Dongcheng district in Beijing, and the score in part of these students educated by nutrition knowledge was compared. [Result] The results of the investigation showed that the students' scores of K-A-P were 66.9±15.4, 63.5±16.9, and 63.3 ±10.7 respectively, which was higher than other studies in other areas. After nutrition education, the scores of nutrition K-A-P were all improved significantly. [Conclusion] Nutrition education may be effective to improve the students' level of nutrition K-A-P, and we suggest government pay more attention to nutrition education in middle school students.
