摘要
用地沟油制备肥皂或生物柴油需进行脱色预处理.采用单因素和正交试验对地沟油脱色条件进行了优化.最佳工艺条件为:脱色温度90℃,双氧水用量0.12 mL/g,双氧水脱色时间30 min,硅藻土用量10%,硅藻土脱色时间40 min,在此条件下,脱色率为89.75%.符合制备肥皂或生物柴油原料要求.
Waste oils for soap or biodiesel production need to be decolored. A singsl factor and orthogonal experiment design was adopted to optimize waste oils degurnming conditions. A rate of 89.75% decoloration was achieved at degummlng temperature 90℃ ,hydrogen peroxide dosage 0. 12 mL/g and decoloration time 30min, diatomaceous earth dosage 10% and decoloration time 40min. The color of waste oils meets the requirements of soap or biediesel production.
