原因分析是处理工程质量事故的关键环节,只有进行正确的原因分析,才能制定适宜的处理措施.结合某工程地下室底板裂缝事故,利用事故树分析方法建立裂缝事故的原因分析模型,利用层次分析法构造层次分析模型,确定各指标因素的层次分析权重,并结合专家建议,制定了合理的裂缝修补措施和后期工程事故的预防改进措施.

Cause analysis of project quality accident is processing the key link, only the cor- rect analysis, to identify accident primary key, adopts appropriate treatment measures. Ai- ming at the bottom plate of basement crack accident, this paper first takes accident tree anal- ysis method of establishing the crack accident evaluation model, and AHP analytic hierarchy process model is constructed to determine the index factor analytic hierarchy weighting. With the expert analysis, a reasonable crack repair measures and late engineering accidents improvement measures will be achieved.
