摘要
建筑施工企业进行工程索赔不可避免,应从机制、队伍建设上给予支持,需做好干扰事件辨识、索赔原则和方法合理确定、办理与收集留存有效资料、起草与递交索赔报告、合理进行谈判与确认工作才能有效实施索赔管理工作.建筑项目自身特点迫切需要强化索赔管理,施工企业也必须通过恰当地实施索赔工作来确保自身经济效益和社会信誉.
It is inevitable for the construction enterprises to carry out the engineering claims, which shall be improved in mechanism and team organization. Effective implementation of claim management depends on some aspects, including the recognition of interference inci- dents, reasonable identification of claim principles and methods, handling, collection and preservation of valid data, drafting and submission of claim report, reasonable negotiation and confirmation. The characteristics of the construction project lead to an urgent need to strengthen the claim management. Appropriate claims ensure the economic benefits and the social reputation of construction enterprises.
