Issues and solutions of embassy project management in underdeveloped countries

在一些不发达国家进行使馆建设,由于面临恶劣的自然环境、战后重建物资极度匮乏、港口管理混乱等问题,施工难度非常大,尤其在施工组织、工期控制方面难度更大.结合某使馆工程,分析了项目管理所面临的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,为类似工程的项目管理提供借鉴.

It is very difficult to carry an embassy construction project or postwar reconstruc- tion project to completion on time and by construction organization, especially in the material poverty-stricken areas or the chaotic ports in some underdeveloped countries because of harsh natural environment. This paper analyzes some project management problems of embassy construction projects. Then it proposes a solution to management institutions and resource organization, and functions as an example for the similar construction projects to follow in future.
