摘要
涡流检测已经成为现代工业和科技领域中广泛使用的金属材料检测方法。本文提出利用改进的BP神经网络和涡流检测信号来确定材料多层厚度的方法。仿真结果和对许多厚度已知的试块的试验结果表明,该方法是有效的。
Eddy current testing (ECT) has become a Detection methods for metal detection, which was widely used in the field of morden industry and technology. The paper proposes a method based on improved Back Propagation neural net-work (BPNN) to determine the method of material thickness. The simulation results and many known test results of the thickness of many aluminum test block thickness show that the method is effective.
