摘要
根据领导生命周期理论效率模型( 模型) ,将外科病区护士长分为M1 、M2 、M3 、M4 4 个层次进行管理。每月从基础护理、一级护理、病房管理、安全医疗、消毒隔离5 个方面定量检查护士长工作。1 年后与未进行分层管理的同期护理质量相比,一级护理无统计学意义( P> 0-05) ,基础护理等4 项有极显著性差异和显著性差异( P<0-01 或P<0-05)。提示,模型有助于提高护士长管理水平和护理质量。
The efficacy model of the leader life cycle theory was used to manage the head nurses from surgical wards at four levels of M 1, M 2, M 3 and M 4. The head nurses' work was quantitatively evaluated by using 5 indexes including basic nursing, nursing of grade 1, ward management, safety of the production and disinfection and separation monthly. One year later, it was found that the nursing quality of the leveled management was obviously improved ( P <0.01 or P <0.05) except nursing of grade 1 ( P >0.05). It was suggested that the application of this model is helpful for improving the management and nursing quality of the head nurses.
