摘要
顶岗实习期的学生,易产生因期望值太高导致的失落、待遇落差太大导致的失衡、人际交往障碍导致的紧张、学习方式被动导致的焦虑、职业生涯规划理想化导致的茫然心理。要创新实习教育形式,丰富实习教育内容;实施校企动态管理,加强现场心理辅导;及时总结实习经验,完善职业生涯规划。
Students in their in-post practice tend to feel disappointed, imbalaneed, nervous, worried and perplexed due to their high expectations, poor treatment, barriers in interpersonal communication, passive learning methods and idealized career planning. We must innovate forms of educational practice and enrich the contents. We need to manage schools and enterprises dy- namically, enhance on-site psychological counseling, summarize the practice experience on time and perfect career planning.
