超微黑地黄汤治疗CKD3期患者临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating CKD 3 period patients with the supermicro Heidihuang decoction

目的:观察超微黑地黄汤对CKD3期患者的临床疗效。方法:随机将60例CKD3期患者分为超微组和尿毒清组,比较两组患者治疗前后血红蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮、24h尿蛋白定量的变化。结果:超微组和尿毒清组总有效率相近(P>0.05)。对血肌酐、尿素氮和24h尿蛋白定量均有改善作用(P<0.05),但对血红蛋白无明显改善作用(P>0.05),而两组血肌酐的改善无统计学差异(P>0.05),尿素氮的改善尿毒清组优于超微组(P<0.05),而24h尿蛋白定量的改善情况是超微组优于尿毒清组(P<0.05)。结论:超微黑地黄汤治疗脾肾气虚型CKD3期患者,安全有效,且疗效与尿毒清相似。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Chaowei Heidi decoction in treating CKD 3 period patients.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into the supermicro group and Niaoduqing group,compared two groups of patients before and after the change of hemoglobin,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,24-hour urinary protein excretion.Results：The Supermicro group and Niaoduqing group total effective rate was similar （P0.05）.Two groups both improved effect on serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and 24-hour urinary protein quantitative （P0.05）.But no significant improvement of hemoglobin （P0.05）.The two groups improved serum creatinine was no significant difference （P0.05）.Niaoduqing group was better than the Supermicro group in improvement of urea nitrogen （P0.05）,the Supermicro group was better than Niaoduqing group in improvement of the 24-hour urinary protein excretion （P0.05）.Conclusion：The supermicro Heidihuang decoction was safe and effective in treating CKD 3 period patients,and the efficacy was similar with that of Niaoduqing.
