柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical research on treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San

目的:观察柴胡疏肝散加减治疗肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎随机分为两组,观察组用柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,对照组用吗丁啉片治疗,疗程均为3个月。疗程结束后观察临床症状、胃镜下黏膜病变情况和病理组织学情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率90.20%;对照组总有效率68.57%(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散对肝胃不和证慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San. Methods： Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group CHSGS treating the control group treated with domperidone tablets, 3 months for a course. After the treatment, observation the clinical symptoms, endoscopic mucosal lesions and histopathological situation. Results： In the observation group, the total effective rate was 90.20%; and the control group was 68.57% （P0.05）. Conclusion： Treating Ganwei Buhe type of chronic atrophic gastritis with the Chaihu Shugan San has better clinical efficacy.
