三黄止血汤为主治疗急性上消化道出血50例临床效果观察

Clinical effect of treating 50 cases of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding with the Sanhuang Zhixue decoction

目的:探讨三黄止血汤用于治疗急性上消化道出血的临床效果。方法:选取我院进行治疗的急性上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予三黄止血汤进行治疗,对照组采用西药治疗,比较疗效。结果:观察组有效率为92%,对照组有效率为74%,观察组呕血消失时间和黑便消失时间明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三黄止血汤为用于急性上消化道出血的治疗,可明显提高治疗疗效,加速症状缓解。

Objective： To explore treatming of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage with the Sanhuang hemostasis decoction. Methods： In our hospital, 100 cases of patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group were treated with Sanhuang decoction for hemostasis, and the controls group were given Western medicine treatment, to compare the efficacy. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 92%, and the control group was 74%, the hematemesis disappeared time and black will disappear time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： Sanhuang hemostasis decoction for treatment of acute upper digestive tract hemorrhage, can significantly improve the treatment efficacy, accelerating the remission of symptoms.
