温针灸与电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效对比观察

Comparative efficacy of warm acupuncture and electro-acupuncture on treating KOA

目的:比较温针灸与电针对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:将86例膝骨关节炎患者用随机数字表法分成3组,其中温针灸组30例,电针组30例,单纯针刺留针组26例。对不同组别2个疗程后的疗效情况进行综合比较。结果:3组疗效率无显著差异(P>0.05);温针灸组、电针组分别与单纯针刺留针组进行等级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);温针灸组与电针组疗效等级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温针灸与疏密波电针均比单纯针刺留针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效好;尚不能认为温针灸与电针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效有明显差异。

Objective： To compare the effect of warm acupuncture and electro-acupuncture on treating osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods： 86 patients with knee osteoarthritis patients using random number table, were divided into three groups, 30 cases in warm acupuncture group, 30 cases in EA group, simple acupuncture needle for 26 cases. To compare the effect of two different groups after two course. Results： The efficacy rate of the three groups without significant differences （P0.05）; warm acupuncture group, EA group were grade simple acupuncture needle retention group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）; there was no significant difference between warm acupuncture group and the EA group （P0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of acupuncture temperature and density wave electric needle was better than that of pure acupuncture on treating osteoarthritis of the knee; but we can not believe that there was significant difference between warm acupuncture and electro acupuncture for treating knee osteoarthritis.
