健脾化痰泄浊法联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病56例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 56 cases of coronary heart disease by the Jianpi Huatan Xiezhuo method plus aspirin

目的:观察健脾化痰泄浊法联合阿司匹林治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予健脾化痰泄浊法治疗,两组疗程均为2月,观察治疗前后患者血脂变化与临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,治疗组血脂各项指标较对照组均有改善。结论:健脾化痰泄浊法联合阿司匹林对冠心病有较好临床疗效,并能显著改善血脂各项指标。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Jianpi Huatan Xiezhuo method plus aspirin in treating coronary heart disease. Methods： The patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, the control group was given aspirin therapy, the treated group used the Jianpi Huatan Xiezhuo method on the basis of the control group therapy, the treatment lasted two months, before and after treatment, blood lipid changes and clinical efficacy were observed. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was better, the lipids of the indicators of the treated group compared with the control group has been improved. Conclusion： The Jianpi Huatan Xiezhuo method plus aspirin was effective in treating coronary heart disease, and could significantly improve the lipid indicators.
