胃愈胶囊治疗消化性溃疡180例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 180 cases of PU with Weiyu capsules

目的:观察胃愈胶囊治疗消化性溃疡的疗效优势。方法:将180例患者随机分为两组,对照组服用奥美拉唑胶囊、甲硝唑片、克拉霉素胶囊,治疗组服用胃愈胶囊、奥美拉唑胶囊,治疗4周。结果:两组症状、体征改善相比治疗组明显高于对照组;治疗组不良反应出现率为12.2%,对照组为75.6%,存在明显的差别(P<0.05),在溃疡愈合率上无明显差异。结论:胃愈胶囊可有效治疗消化性溃疡,在改善临床症状上明显优于对照组,且临床用药不适反应明显低于对照组。

Objective： To observe the effect of Weiyu capsules to treatPU. 180 patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group taking omeprazole capsules, metronidazole tablets, clarithromycin capsules, treatment group taking the Weiyu capsules, omeprazole capsules, four weeks of treatment. Results： Two sets of symptoms, signs improvement of treatment group was significantly higher; adverse reactions rate of treatment group was 12.2%, in the control group adverse reactions rate was 75.6%, there are significant differences （P0.05）, in the ulcer healing rate ,there was no significant difference. Conclusion： The effect of Weiyu capsules to treat PU was effective, the improving clinical symptoms of treatment group was better, and clinical treatment discomfort was significantly lower than that in the control group.
