补肺固肾辨证取穴治疗哮病106例

Treating 106 cases of asthma disease by the Bufei Gushen Bianzheng Quxue method

目的:观察补肺固肾辨证取穴治疗哮病的临床疗效。方法:将收集的属肺肾两虚型哮病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组通过补肺固肾辨证治疗,对照组给予一般针灸治疗。结果:临床痊愈治疗组7例,对照组3例,通过补肺固肾辨证法给予治疗的患者,临床痊愈率明显优于对照组。结论:补肺固肾辨证法采用中医传统辨证施治,临床疗效明显优于对照组,值得临床学习与探讨。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the Bufei Gushen Bianzheng Quxue method in treating asthma disease. Methods： Kidney deficiency type asthma patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, the treated group was treated by the Bufei Gushen Bianzheng Quxue method, the control group was given general acupuncture treatment. Results： 7 cases were cured in the treated group, 3 cases were cured in the control group, the clinical cure rate of the treated group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the treated group was better than that of the control group, worthy of clinical study and discussion.
