非索非那定联合皮敏消治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating chronic urticaria by the fexofenadine plus Pi Min Xiao

目的:观察盐酸非索非那定与皮敏消胶囊联合治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:83例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分成治疗组42例,对照组41例,治疗组予盐酸非索非那定联合皮敏消胶囊,对照组单独予盐酸非索非那定,于疗程4周结束时及停药2月后分别评价疗效。结果:两组有效率(90.48%和70.73%)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组均未见明显副作用。结论:盐酸非索非那定与皮敏消胶囊联合治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效肯定,药物协同作用明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating chronic urticaria with the fexofenadine joint Pi Min Xiao. Methods： 83 cases of chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into treatment group, 42 cases of 41 cases in the control group, the treatment group was given hydrochloride fexofenadine joint Pi Min Xiao capsule for treatment, and the control group was alone given hydrochloride fexofenadine for treatment. After 4 weeks treatment and 2 months drug withdrawal, the effect was evaluated. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.48% and that of the control group was 70.73%.There was significant difference between two groups （P0. 05）. There was no obvious adverse reaction in all groups. Conclusion： The fexofenadine hydrochloride joint Pi Min Xiao capsules had the effective to treat chronic urticaria, and drug synergism is prominent.
