归脾汤在治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床应用

Clinical application in treating angina pectoris with the Guipi decoction

目的:探讨归脾汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:研究对象为2009年10月～2010年10月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者74例,将患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组37例,两组均给予西药对症支持治疗,观察组给予归脾汤联合西药治疗,比较分析两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为89.2%;对照组总有效率为56.8%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论:在冠心病心绞痛的治疗中联合应用归脾汤疗效显著,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Guipi decoction on treating angina pectoris. Methods： 74 cases of angina pectoris patients were randomly divided into two groups, 37 cases in control group was treated with western medicine and 37 cases in observation group were given the Guipi decoction and western medicine, to compare the treatment efficacy. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was 89.2% and the control group 56.8%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P0.05）. The efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Guipi decoction have the significant effect in the treatment of angina pectoris of CHD.
