保肝灵预防联苯双酯停药后ALT反跳46例观察

Observation of 46 cases of prevention bifendate ALT rebound after stopping with the Bao Gan Ling

目的:观察保肝灵对肝功能损害的保护效果及保肝灵预防联苯双酯停药后ALT反跳的效果。方法:对46例转氨酶升高患者给予联苯双酯加保肝灵治疗,一个疗程后治疗组23例继续保肝灵治疗,而对照组23例停药。结果:经过一个疗程的治疗后,治疗组在降低ALT、AST、方面较之对照组效果更明显,预防联苯双酯停药后ALT反跳的效果显著。结论:保肝灵对联苯双酯停药后ALT反跳有较好的预防作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Bao Gan Ling against impaired liver function and the effect of prevention bifendate ALT rebound after stopping with the Bao Gan Ling. Methods： 46 cases of patients with elevated aminotransferases were given bifendate plus hepatoprotective spiritual, after a course of treatment, in treatment group, 23 cases continue treating with nourish the liver and spiritual, while the control group, 23 cases were no longer given medication treatment. Results： After a course of treatment, the effects of treatment group on reducing ALT, AST, was more obvious,and the effect of ALT rebound in the treatment group was remarkable. Conclusion： The Bao Gan Ling has better preventive effect against ALT rebound.
