活血止痛汤治疗原发性痛经的临床观察与分析

Clinical observation and analysis of treating primary dysmenorrhea with the Huoxue Zhitong decoction

目的:研究自制活血止痛汤对于原发性痛经的疗效。方法:收集了在我院就诊的痛经患者,给予自制的活血止痛汤并观察治疗效果。结果:活血止痛汤总体治愈率达51.9%,有效率达29.1%;其中气滞血瘀型和寒凝血瘀型的治愈例数最多。结论:活血止痛汤对于气滞血瘀型和寒凝血瘀型痛经有较好的疗效。

Objective： To study the self-made Huoxue Zhitong decoction for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods： Collected the data of dysmenorrhoea patients, giving them self-made Huoxue Zhitong decoction and observing the therapeutic effect. Results： The total cure and effective rate of the Huoxue Zhitong decoction was 51.9% and 29.1%; Qi stagnation type and Hanning Blood cured the largest number of cases. Conclusion： Huoxue Zhitong decoction for type of stagnation and blood stasis and the blood-hanning dysmenorrhea has better curative effect.
