麝香保心丸治疗维吾尔族老年冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Efficacy observation on treating uygur elderly angina pectoris with Shexiang Baoxin pill

目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效,并与硝酸异山梨酯片进行对照。方法:观察60例冠心病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组治疗4周。结果:两组临床总有效率分别为83.9%和75.8%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。心电图疗效,治疗组总有效率74.2%,对照组总有效率55.1%。治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效显着,是一种安全有效的、迅速解除心肌缺血的中药制剂。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating angina pectoris with Shexiang Baoxin pill, and isosorbide mononitrate tablets were compared. Methods： Observation 60 cases of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, four weeks of treatment. Results： The two groups of clinical efficiency of 83.9% and 75.8% respectively, the treatment group was better than the control group （P0.05）. ECG efficacy of the treatment group, the total efficiency of 74.2%, in the control group, the total efficiency of 55.1%. The treatment group was more efficient than the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： treating angina pectoris with Shexiang Baoxin pill is effective, is a safe and effective, rapidly relieve myocardial ischemia in the traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
