护理干预在预防食管胃底静脉曲张套扎术后出血的影响

The impact of nursing intervention in the prevention of EVL postoperative bleeding

目的:探讨护理干预在预防食管胃底静脉曲张套扎术后出血的作用。方法:对35例手术患者术后进行有针对性的饮食、休息、住院时间、健康指导。结果:35例术后食管胃底静脉曲张消失或成直线,出血停止,且半年内无复发。结论:护理干预是套扎治疗食管胃底静脉曲张成功的一个重要保障。

Objective： To investigate the role of nursing intervention in the prevention of EVL postoperative bleeding. Methods： 35 cases of surgical patients after operation targeted diet, rest, hospital stay, health guidance. Results： 35 cases of postoperative esophageal varices disappeared or into a straight line, the bleeding stopped, and within six months without recurrence. Conclusion： Nursing intervention is an important guarantee for the EVL.
