A Study on High Education Tuition Pricing of Self-Funded Students in China

自费来华留学高等教育不仅具有一定的公共性,而且具有显著的私人性。对于来华留学生高等教育学费定价不仅需要考虑高校办学成本、教学质量和专业等国内因素,更要考虑国际汇率、通货膨胀率及国际教育市场需求状况等国际因素。本文就国内外留学生高等教育学费定价现状及特点进行分析,重点研究了国际因素对来华留学高等教育学费定价的影响,提出了自费来华留学高等教育学费定价的改革建议。

There is certain publicity in high education of self-funded students in China as well as distinctive privacy. For the tuition pricing of high education of self-funded students in China, it takes consideration of those domestic factors as high education cost, teaching quality and majors as well as international factors like international exchange rate, inflation rate and situations of international education market needs. This paper stresses the influence of tuition pricing of high education in self-funded students in China by those international factors, and put forward suggestions of reforming the tuition pricing of high education of self-funded students in China by analyzing the current situations and characteristics of high education tuition pricing of overseas students both at home and abroad.
