山西省旧居住空间改造可持续利用研究

Research on Transformation and Sustainable Utilization of Old Living Space in Shanxi

进入21世纪,智能化、绿色环保等理念成为居住区建设的目标,因此上世纪改革开放以来建成的居住建筑按现在的标准衡量就显得陈旧简陋,并暴露出很多问题,成为目前旧城改造中推倒拆除的对象。针对这一问题,本项目提出"保留、改造、可持续利用"的居住空间建设理念,探索适合山西地区特色的旧居住空间改造再利用的理念和技术方法体系,并结合目前山西省开展的旧居住建筑节能改造的现状,提出综合改造的方法和对策建议。

Entering the 21st century, intelligentization, green environmental protection and other ideas become the objectives of construction of residential districts, so residential buildings built since the reform and opening-up in the last century looks outdated and simple according to current standards, many problems are exposed, they become objects of demolishing in old city transformation. Aiming at this problem, the project puts forward the idea of construction of living space of ＂preservation, transformation, and sustainable utilization＂, explores the ideas and technical method system of transformation and reuse of old living space suitable for features of Shanxi, and puts forwards the methods and suggestions for comprehensive transformation based on present situation of energy-saving transformation of old residential buildings carried out in Shanxi.
