摘要
某宿舍楼位于湿陷性黄土区,其地基基础由于渗水原因造成房屋倾斜,墙体出现裂缝。现场检测结果表明,该房屋已出现明显不均匀沉降,砂浆抗压强度偏低。依据《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ125-99),对该房屋进行危险性评级,并提出相应加固处理措施。
A dormitory building is located in the collapsible loess area, its foundation basis causes housing tilting due to water seepage, and there are cracks in the wall. The results of field test show the house has obvious differential settlement, and too low mortar compression strength. According to Standard for Appraisal of Dangerous Build- ings (JGJ 125-99), danger rating is performed for the house, and corresponding rein- forcement treatment measures are put forward.
