温经化瘀汤对寒凝血瘀证慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠白细胞介素-2及白细胞介素-6的影响

Effects of Wenjing Huayu Decoction on IL-2 and IL-6 of rat models with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of blood stasis due to cold

目的观察温经化瘀汤对寒凝血瘀证慢性盆腔炎模型大鼠免疫学方面的影响,从而探讨其治疗寒凝血瘀证慢性盆腔炎的作用机制。方法采用苯酚胶浆法叠加冰浴法建立寒凝血瘀证慢性盆腔炎大鼠模型,分别灌胃给药后,测定各组大鼠血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的含量变化。结果与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠血清IL-2含量显著降低、IL-6含量显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,温经化瘀汤高剂量组与对照组大鼠血清IL-2含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),温经化瘀汤高、低剂量组与对照组大鼠血清IL-6含量显著降低(P<0.01)。结论温经化瘀汤能够通过升高血清IL-2含量,降低IL-6含量,发挥免疫调节作用。

Objective To observe the effects of Wenjing Huayu Decoction on immune system of rat models with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of blood stasis due to cold,thus investigate the mechanism of action of Wenjing Huayu Decoction on treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of blood stasis due to cold.Methods The rat models with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of blood stasis due to cold were established by using superposition method of phenol rubber paste and ice water bath.The contents of IL-2 and IL-6 in serum of all rats were detected after administrated.Results Compared with sham group,the contents of IL-2 in serum of rats in model group were significantly decreased,the contents of IL-6 were significantly increased（P0.01）.Compared with model group,the contents of IL-2 of high dose group of Wenjing Huayu Decoction and control group were significantly increased（P0.05 or P0.01）,the contents of IL-6 of high and low dose group of Wenjing Huayu Decoction and control group were significantly decreased（P0.01）.Conclusion Wenjing Huayu Decoction can play a role of immune regulation by increasing the contents of IL-2 and decreasing the contents of IL-6 in serum.
