摘要
目的观察氟比洛芬酯对脊柱手术患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法选择ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级脊柱手术患者40例,随机分为氟比洛芬酯组(F组)和对照组(C组),每组20例。F组麻醉前给予氟比洛芬酯微球载体注射液1 mg/kg,C组给予相同容量的生理盐水。分别在麻醉前(T1)、术后2 h(T2)、术后24 h(T3)3个时点采集外周血测定血清IL-6和IL-10的浓度,记录手术时间、术中出血量、术中输液量、输血量、尿量。结果 F组与C组IL-6和IL-10在T2、T3时点均明显高于T1时点(P<0.05)。F组IL-6在T2、T3时点低于C组(P<0.05),但F组IL-10在T2、T3时间点高于C组(P<0.05)。结论氟比洛芬酯微球注射液可降低脊柱手术患者术后血清促炎细胞因子IL-6的浓度,促进抗炎因子IL-10的释放,具有抗炎作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of flurbiprofen axetil on serum interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10 (IL-10) level in patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods Forty ASA I -II patients undergoing spinal surgery were randomly divided into flurbiprofen group ( group F, n = 20) and control group ( group C, n = 20). Before anaesthesia induction,patients of group F received intravenous flurbiprofen axetil of I mg/kg, and patients of the control group received an equal volume of normal saline. Blood samples were collected from the patients before anaesthesia induction and 2 h,24 h after surgery for determination of serum IL-6 and IL-10 concentration, respectively. The operation time, hemorrhage volume ,fluid infusion volume, blood transfusion volume, urine volume were recorded during the period of anaesthesia. Results Compared with T1 , the levels of IL-6 and IL-10 significantly increased on T2, T3 in both groups (P 〈0.05). The value of IL-6 decreased and the value of IL-10 increased on T2 ,T3 in group F compared with those in group C ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil could reduce serum IL-6 level in patients undergoing spinal surgery and enhance the production of IL-10, which shows an anti-inflammatory effect.
