国产雷帕霉素药物涂层支架置入术治疗缺血性心肌病临床效果观察 被引量:4

Observation on the Clinical Effects of Domestic-made Rapamycin Drug-eluting Stents for Treatment of Ischemic Cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的观察国产雷帕霉素药物涂层支架置入术治疗缺血性心肌病(ICM)的临床效果。方法 63例ICM患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组32例,对照组31例,两组均给予常规药物治疗,治疗组在常规药物治疗的基础上施行国产雷帕霉素药物涂层支架置入术。观察患者治疗前、治疗后1年的临床症状、纽约心功能分级及心脏超声变化情况。结果治疗1年后,治疗组胸闷、胸痛、气促比例低于对照组(P<0.05);心功能分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级比例高于对照组(P<0.05);左室射血分数、左室短轴缩短率、左室舒张末内径改善好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论国产雷帕霉素药物涂层支架置入术可改善缺血性心肌病患者临床症状,改善心功能及心脏超声各项指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of domestic-made rapamycin drug-eluting stentts for the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICM). Methods Sixty-three ICM patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( n = 32) and control group ( n = 31 ), and both groups were treated with conventional drugs, but the treatment group also underwent domestic-made rapamycin drug-coated stent placement. Clinical symptoms, New York heart function classification and echocardiographic changes of the patients were observed before treatment, one year after treatment, respectively. Results After one-year treatment, the proportion of patients with dyspnea, chest pain and shortness of breath in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The proportion of patients with I or lI degree according to New York heart function classification was higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ) ; The improvement of left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular fractional shortening and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was better in the treatment group than in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of domestic-made rapamycin dmg-eluting stents in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy is effective,which can improve heart function and echocardiographic indices.
