On Newly-built College’s Cultural Strategy during its Special Development Period ——Series Study on the Culture of the Newly-built Colleges (the Second)

针对地方新建院校特定发展时期的共性特点,用文化立校的战略思想,统一全体师生员工的思想行为。加强文化传统教育,强化精神支柱,锻造大学精神,打造学校特色文化,构建文化育人平台,遵循文化建设规律,促进教育事业又好又快发展。

Based on the common charactersitics of the newly-built colleges at their special development period, this paper is aimed at uniting the ideology and the behavior of the faculty and the students with the strategy of cultural development. In order to promote the fast and sound development of the education, efforts should be made to strengthen the education of cultural traditions ;strengthen the spiritual support and establish the spirits of the college, create the college＇s special school culture as well as provide the platform for the teaching of culture and follow the rules of cultural construction.
