提高高硫铁富银铅锌矿选矿技术指标的研究及应用

摘要 针对某选矿厂原矿硫铁含量高、黄铁矿活性大、分选指标低,重点研究方铅矿和闪锌矿、黄铁矿分选的条件与药剂制度,提出了该类矿石的高碱矿浆分选及局部工艺流程改进新工艺,选矿厂的生产实践证明:采用该工艺进行生产,不仅精矿质量和回收率比原工艺有了显著提高,解决了硫化矿生产铅与铁闪锌矿、锌与黄铁矿分离差的技术难题,取得重大突破,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 For the raw ore of high sulfur and iron content, high activity pyrite and poor separation performance in a beneficiation plant, the separation condition and reagent system for galena, sphalerite and pyrite were mainly investigated, and a new technology including separating this kind of ore in high alkaline pulp and improving a part of process flow were proposed. According to the production practice in the beneficiation plant, it is proved that the concentrate quality and recovery have been improved remarkably by adopting the proposed technology comparing to the original technology. In addition, the significant scientific and technical payoffs have been obtained because the technological problems on poor separation of lead from marmatite and zinc from pyrite in the sulfide ores over several years have been solved. Therefore, better economic and social benefits would be got.
