摘要
通过分析70Mn2的性能、组织、成分,结合昆钢炼钢厂的具体工况研发试制了70Mn2,并对成品钢质量进行跟踪检测和分析,逐步建立了较为稳定的70Mn2生产工艺,为开发高碳合金钢奠定了基础。
Based on the specific working condition in the Steel Making Plant of Kunming Iron and Steel Co. , Ltd. , 70Mn2 Steel was developed and trial - produced by analyzing its performance, structure and composition. In the meanwhile, the fairly steady productive technology of 70Mn2 has been set up gradually by tracking testing and analyzing the quality of finished steel, which provided the foundation for development of high - carbon alloy steel.
