摘要 目前国内钛及钛合金热轧中厚板主要依靠钢铁加工设备进行生产,介绍并对比了二辊式、三辊劳特式及四辊式热轧机。提出了使用一台四辊可逆式粗轧机和一台宽板炉卷轧机用于热轧的配置建议,并设计了相关辅助设备,该生产线同时能兼容碳钢板、钛钢复合板的生产,为建设专业钛及钛合金热轧中厚板生产线提供了新思路。 At present, hot-rolled medium and heavy plates of titanium and titanium alloy are produced mainly by iron and steel processing equipment. By introducing and comparing the two-high mill, three-high lauth mill and four-high mill, the configuration suggestion on a four - high reversible rough mill and a wide-plate Steekel mill used for hot rolling has been put forward, and the related auxiliary equipment were designed. Both carbon steel plates and titanium steel composite plates can be produeed via the proposed production line, which provides a new idea for building production line of professional hot - rolled medium plate of titanium and titanium alloy.
