摘要
叙述一种简单的处理方法,通过手选、机选、配料、熔炼等工序,采用专利技术,利用工频炉,配入专利合成熔剂,从工业硅弃渣中提炼单质硅,产品达到工业硅精度,提炼方法简单,成本低廉,是硅行业的一种节能减排的新技术。
The simple extraction method of industrial silicon from silicon slag was introduced. By means of the patent technolo- gies and main frequency furnace, adding patented synthetic fluxes, elemental silicon is extracted from waste silicon slag with the process of hand sorting, separation by machine, burdening and smelting. The product obtained by the technology reached the required standards of in- dustrial silicon. The proposed technology is a new technology for energy - saving and emission reduction in the silicon industry because it is simple and cheap.
