Grassland Resources Protection Act is a general term of the laws and regulations in adjusting the va- rious economic relations in grassland development, utilization, protection and animal husbandry activities. It is a mutual subject for the scholars to dynamically monitor the application of Grassland Resources Protection Act in In- ner Mongolia Autonomous Region and make an effect assessment on it in recent years. Based on the actual situation of the region itself,we should understand the present situation of prairie resources and its dynamic changes, utilize the legal research methods comprehensively, take advantage of both quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis.
