浙江、山东基层医疗卫生机构基本药物制度实施效果评价

Evaluation on the practice of basic drug system at grassroots medical organization in Zhejiang and Shandong rovince

以浙江和山东为例,选取反映基本药物制度实施效果的销售指标和处方指标,以价格变化率为横坐标,其他指标变化率为纵坐标,运用四象限法分析各个指标的分布情况和变化强度,以此评价基本药物制度实施的效果。结果显示,基本药物制度实施效果良好,在一定程度上降低了药品价格,用药趋于合理。

The index of sale and prescription were selected from Zhejiang and Shandong Provinces. The distribution and change intensity of the index were analyzed using four quadrants method in which price change as horizontal axis and other index change as vertical axis. The results showed that the practice of basic drug in two provinces reduced the drag price and improved drug use.
