摘要 综述了国内外开展飞行器健康相关研究的现状,强调了考虑渐变过程对于健康仿真的重要性。以某型飞行器电动舵机为研究对象,建立了舵机系统的非线性仿真模型。通过分析组成电动舵机各个环节的健康模式与模型参数的映射关系,阐述了建立健康模型开展健康仿真的方法,并结合测点仿真数据和多维向量相似度、遗传算法的原理,提出了健康指标的计算和优化方法,达到健康评估的目的。最后,以simulink环境下的仿真实例对上述方法的可行性进行了初步验证。 The current situations at home and abroad of researching vehicle health and the like were summarized, and the importance of considering gradual processes for health emulation was emphasized. Then, the actuator of a certain type of vehicle was selected as a research object, and its nonlinear simulation model was set up. By analyzing the mapping relations between health modes and model parameters for all aspects of the electrical actuator, the method of establishing health models to carry out health emulation was described, additionally, in order to achieve health assessment purposes, the calculating and optimizing method for health indexes using test point data and the theories of vector similarity and genetic algorithm was proposed. Finally, the feasibility of methods above was primarily demonstrated with an example in the simulink.
