摘要
126例自癜风,发病年龄5个月～75岁,男与女之比为1:1.2。对病因进行了讨论。用瑞士Ciba-Geigy药厂提供的Sicorten霜治疗50例白癜风,平均疗程3个半月,痊愈14例,显效19例,有效16例,总有效率98%,与对照组相比有显著意义,p<0.001。副作用轻微,仅有3例有痤疮样皮疹,无明显皮肤萎缩副作用发生。
One hundred and twenty six cases of vitiligo in patients who ranged in age from five months to 75 years were studied The ratio of male to female was 1:1.2.Fifty cases were treated with Sicorten cream (Ciba-Geigy-Switzerland). The average duration of treatment was three and one half months. Fourteen of 50 cases showed complete repigmentation. Nineteen showed good results and 16 showed moderate results. The treatment was effective in 98% of the cases. There is a significant difference between the study and the control group (P is less than 0.001).Side effects were very mild with some acnelike papules appearing in three cases during the course of treatment. No obvious atrophy of skin was noted.
