摘要 在无表面活性剂或模板剂的条件下,室温水相反应成功地合成出EuF3纳米材料。EuF3纳米圆盘的形成主要是由六方晶相结构各向异性和外部反应条件共同决定的,外部反应条件是反应体系的pH值和反应盐的浓度有关,并进一步研究EuF3纳米圆盘发光性质。 EuF3 is fabricated without using any surfactant or template at room temperature. The formation of nanodiscs can be attributed to the inherent crystal structure of EuF3 and external reaction conditions such as the pH value and the starting salt of the reaction system. The corresponding photoluminescence properties of EuF3 nanowires have been investigated.
