结肠癌环氧化酶-2和血管内皮生长因子C表达与淋巴结转移关系的研究 被引量:2

Correlation of COX-2 and VEGF-C expressions with lymph node metastasis in human colon carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在人结肠癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化Envision二步法检测VEGF-C及COX-2在60例结肠癌组织中的表达,并取10例结肠腺瘤组织标本作对照。结果在60例结肠癌组织中COX-2和VEGF-C的阳性表达率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均<0.05)。结肠癌淋巴结转移患者COX-2和VEGF-C的表达率均高于无淋巴结转移患者(均<0.05),COX-2与VEGF-C在结肠癌中表达呈正相关(=0.331,<0.05)。结论 COX-2和VEGF-C的高表达在结肠癌的发生发展以及淋巴转移过程中起着重要作用,可作为判断结肠癌预后的重要参考指标。 Objective To investigate the expressions ofcyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and vascular endothelial gro- wth factor -C (VEGF-C) in human colon carcinoma and their correlations with lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical Envision-2 method was adopted in detecting COX-2 and VEGF-C protein expressions in 60 cases of colon carcinoma and 10 cases of colon adenoma as controls.Results The positive rate of COX-2 and VEGF-C expressions in colon carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). COX-2 and VEGF-C were conspicuously higher in lymph-node-positive cases than in lymph-node-negative ones (P〈 0.05). COX-2 expression was positively associated with VEGF-C(r=0.331,P〈0.05).Conclusions Overexpressions of COX-2 and VEGF-C play an important role in the progress and metastasis of colon carcinoma, which may also help to predict the prognosis of the carcinoma.
