乡镇企业养老保险基金筹集的难点与对策

A Study on the Pension Fund Raising in Township Enterprise

伴随着我国乡镇企业经济体制改革的不断推进,急需建立起和发展好乡镇企业养老保险制度。而养老保险基金短缺一直是我国乡镇企业养老保险制度构建和施行的制约因素,突破这一瓶颈的关键在于能否成功筹集充足的养老保险基金。针对当前我国乡镇企业养老保险基金筹集的难点进行剖析,并就拓展养老保险基金筹集渠道的若干对策作一定的论证分析。

With the economic reform goes further in China~ township enterprises, it＇s critical to establish and develop the pension system of township enterprises. However, the shortage of pension fund can have an impact on the construc- tion of pension fund system. This paper analyzes the pension fund and then offers some suggestions to broaden the fund - raising channels.
