摘要
模拟集成电路的精度和性能通常取决于元件匹配精度,匹配度直接影响了最终电路的性能,而匹配精度是靠制造工艺和版图来保证的.在分析CMOS模拟版图设计匹配机理和研究常用匹配手段的基础上,深入探讨MOS管叉指结构的共质心版图设计方法,设计一个基本放大器版图,给出详细的放大器输入差分对管和电流镜匹配版图.
The accuracy and performance of analog integrated circuits often depends on the accuracy of component matching. Matching accuracy is guaranteed by the manufacturing process and layout design, which directly affect the performance of the final circuit. Based on analysis of CMOS analog layout design matching mechanism and study of common matching methods in paper, design methods is deeply discussed on the MOS transistor's common-centroid layout of interdigitated structure, a basic amplifier layout is designed, and the detailed matching of input differential transistors and the current mirror are designed.
