大学国际化与城市国际化——以中国西部城市成都市为例

Internationalization of Universities and Cities——A Case study of Chengdu,a City in West China

考察成都市国际化发展以及成都市各大学国际化发展现状可知,城市国际化发展与大学国际化是相辅相成的。大学国际化有利于扩大所在城市的国际影响,可为城市国际化发展提供国际化人才保障,促进城市的创新发展,优化城市发展模式,推进城市文化建设。而城市国际化将为大学国际化搭建实施平台,提供基础设施保障、资金支持以及国际化机遇。

This article investigates the current situation of the development of internationalization of Chengdu City and the universities located there. It is found that the internationalization of cities and universities is inseparably correlated. University internationalization will expand the influence of the city, provide talents with global view, facilitate the innovation, optimize the model for the development of the city, and promote the development of cultural sector. At the same time, city internationalization provides platform, infrastructure, financial support and international opportunities to the universities.
