摘要
治安调解是基层公安机关的一项十分重要的经常性工作。正确运用治安调解,对于化解民间纠纷、消除社会矛盾、维护社会稳定具有十分重要的现实意义。文章剖析了当前治安调解执法实践中存在的突出问题,并探讨了解决问题的对策,以期对治安调解的执法实践有所帮助。
Police mediation is the important routine work in grass-roots public security organs. It is of great significance to utilizing the police mediation method correctly to melt the civil dispute, to eliminate the social contradiction and to maintain social stable. It is helpful for law enforcement of the police mediation to analyze the prominent problems and to discuss the countermeasures of the police mediation.
