社会管理创新视角下的治安工作社会化探索

Socialization of Public Order Work from Social Management Innovation’s Perspective

2011年"社会管理创新"的正式提出,为社会管理提供了新思路和新方法,也为我国治安工作的改革创新提供了思路和契机。这就要求公安机关及其人民警察要认清形势,加快转变治安工作思路,广泛调动社会各界的积极性,本着"群防群治,共建和谐"的原则,发挥各单位、各部门、各组织包括各人员的集体力量和智慧,充分利用各种有利于治安工作开展的形式,从本质上诠释治安工作在社会管理创新下的新时期内涵。

Social management innovation was formally put forward in 2011. It provides new ways of thinking and new methods for social management. It also provides ideas and opportunities for the reform and innovation in public order work in our country. In line with the principle of ＂mass prevention-control, building harmony together＂, public security organs and the police are required to understand the situation clearly, speed up the transformation of ways of thinking in public order work, extensively motivate the initiatives of all circles of the society in order to interpret the connotations of public order work in essence in new period from the perspective of social management innovation by giving full play to collective strengths and wisdom of all units, departments, organizations and even the staff and making full use of all favorable ways of public order work.
