Microblogs produce im pacts on judicial opinions and judicial openness by heeding and being heeded, as well as transmitting and being transmitted. As a result, opening a microblog is necessary for a court. A mechanism for judicial openness in microblog era should be set up and each court is encouraged to open and make use of microblogs in an attempt to build a platform for judicial openness
