Practice and Reflections on Urban-Rural Integration of Civilization Construction in Suzhou Industrial Park(Ⅱ)

苏州的城乡一体化改革走在全国的前列,以此为契机,苏州率先在全国走出了一条城乡一体化的文明建设之路。苏州工业园区作为苏州改革的前沿窗口,也在积极探索着城乡一体文明协调发展的道路。苏州工业园区城乡一体文明建设还面临着诸多挑战和考验,同时也有诸多有利因素和条件。要从组织机制、创建机制、督查整改机制、人力物力保证机制、绩效考核机制等多方面,着手促进苏州工业园区城乡一体文明协调发展。

Suzhou takes the lead in integrating urban and rural reforms, and thus succeeds in its attempts to construct both ur- ban and rural civilization. Suzhou Industrial Park, a window on Suzhou forefront reforms, has been exploring an approach to civilization in this respect. However, the Park faces both a multitude of challenges and favorable factors. Efforts should be made to stimulate the coordinated development of urban-rural integration of civilization in Suzhou Industrial Park in terms of organizational system, establishment system, supervising and rectification system, human and material resource guarantee system, as well as performance appraisal system.
